i was just talking to one of the old dogs of spl in ny and he wants to see a 50 with it,,,guess i got a new goal now

so what amp are you running and what has been your best score so far?

im running my first memphis ST1000d at two ohm i'll clamp it and see what its actualy doing befor i change any thing. i can do a 145 at 67Hz but like i said in an earlyer post i have one thing left to do that will gain over a Db in my car just didnt have enough free time left to do it( have to watch my kids all day friday and saturday)

well,, did some more messing around with the system yesterday and after deadening my passenger side door and putting a little weight on the roof over where the sub sits i can do a 146 if i do my last spl trick it would be just over a 147.Not to bad but she has more in her.after 3 hours of testing for the final burp i put the meter in the kick. it was just about where i thought it would be at a 149

i always thought that blazers were tuned lower. i have aeros internally right now, before they fired externally. but tho i changed it the truck is still peaking high

very nice numbers for that little power. I've never tried going for numbers with any tuning over 43hz.

its not in a blazer its my festiva,,, finaly doing decent numbers in it

gonna clamp it today,, tryed the other day but the batt in my dmm was low.I dont know if the reading was right but it looks like im at 5.93 ohm box rise good and bad -

my buddy had a kenwood tornado and i dont even remember what putrid amp in his integra but we were doing 45's and 46's in a burp box with it. this thread reminds me of that.. good luck the only service I've ever seen Festiva's put in is Jesse Seigars' Team 420 Blue Festiva... that was badassery to the fullest

i think he sold it to dan horton here in ny,, and dan sold it to jeff fronk in danville.has a bad *** paint job on it now and is doing about a 62 with one 12.

built a 1 cube box gonna see if that gets my boxes peak up

well the .95 cube box failed,, was 2 db lower then the 1.42 cube box,, how ever it did show that fireing the sub up or forward gave a result that was within a couple tenths of each other,,some thing usefull for the future.
