There are quite a few people who have been scammed by Dale aka kmartfan6

I paid 180 for an alphasonik amp via paypal. I never got the amp. Filed a complaint with paypal. Since he didn't have any money in his account...I never got my money back.

i am pretty sure that since he has a paypal account he has to have a bank account connected to his paypal account. Paypal should still be able to refund your money. If not, then file suit against paypal and kmart fan6

Paypal did NOT refund money because the guy didn't have any money in his bank account.

Either way...I'm taking legal actions. I just want to warn everybody about him.

Here's what paypal wrote.


"We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. I have dealt with dale and he is a good guy. I dont know whats going on but i did a deal with him a while back a month or so and everything came through as planned. How long ago was the amp suppose to be sent to you toxic?
