why would you send an amp before receipt of the money order? luckily you live in FL. So he would be pretty stupid to try and rip you off

your ups store is too lazy to look it up. they have a record of every transaction which includes tracking.

if your UPS store used UPS then there is a tracking number. All UPS shipments have a tracking number they just didnt give it to you. I'd empty out my paypal account just in case. We know what he likes to do with paypal. I rather loose as paypal account than loose money

read paypals policy if the original purchaser didnt sign for it when it arrived then most likely you can get screwed. dont mean he will try to screw you. he does do good transactions sometimes.

and like with me he said he never filed a claim trying to take the 500$ and when i called paypal he did. and he tried filing another claim to prove me wrong but it didnt go through.


and like the guy said ontop empty your paypal account just in case if you got any money their. he did it to me like 3 weeks later. but since i had bunch of emails with his ip address and a bunch of other info like 20 pages worth i won lol

This ******* scammed me too. Over on cardomain about a year ago. Got a $300 money order out of me for a Kicker Amp that he never shipped.

Lots of stories about his mom/sister taking the money order, said it was shipped, then cell phone went disconnected.

Has anybody had any luck with getting their money back through legal means?
