I did a deal with him awhile back...sent him some neon lights and he said he'd send me a money order when he got them. He sent the MO out about a week later...and I recieved it another 10 days later, but mail was backed up like hell at that time (around christmas)

It all worked out in the end, I was kinda scared for awhile, but he came through I guess.

COD would be a much better choice IMO if sending a more valuable item before recieving payment.

i talked to somone (dont know who) about this this morning.

i was told he lives in Burlington, VT - so call his local poliece department. (http://www.police.ci.burlington.vt.us/)

also, since you are using the mail, it is considered a federal offense, so contact the FBI and file a report - albany is pretty close - http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm#cities

get BOTH case numbers, and phone him - leave a message on his machiene wit hboth of them and tell him you called the burlington PD and the FBI cybercrime division and leave the case numbers on there. tell him you gave them all his information, and somone should be calling him soon.

dont slack off any more. demand your money back and give him reason to give it back - no matter if his mother died, or he had 5 children.
