I just looked at the pic you sent me of the form you filled out to ship it. You put your info down but they put their info for the return address so it would appear they screwed up. Also, since fedex said packaging was insufficient for weight that would also be their fault since they packed it and you paid them to do it.

I contacted Fedex customer support and asked them if a claim was denied, and the recipient wanted to return the item after inspection to the sender, would be be "free". The answer was the same as my shipper's, which was NO. They do not do a free return to sender, so there you have it. You are free to call and ask as well...1.800.463.3339.

Well then they blatantly lied to me. I was told it would have been returned to YOU had your address and NOT your shippers been on the form. Im not going to argue anymore. Im done giving a **** about this whole thing.
