Your posting it here makes it concern me since this is a forum. Hes not UPS i dont see why he should refund you. By him saying its fully insured im sure he ment its fully insured by UPS. if UPS denied the claim wtf do you want him to do? pay out of his pocket? wtf you smoking on?

When i bought the lables he told me they were full insured and if anything happened he would take care of the situation ... well UPS denied the claim because the account on the lables he was selling is not paying there bill... well that means they are not fully insured if UPS isnt going to cover the claim on the shippers part.... so now he needs to step in and handle it ... since the lables he sold and guarenteed me insurance didnt
it would be like me shipping something that i sold for 400 dollars and ups only covering 200 ... does that mean the buyer only gets 200 bucks and im no suppost to supply the rest

i half agree with you here but youre being a ****. OP was told it would be taken care of. the only reason claim was deied was because they havent paid their bill so ya id be upset. if he knew they werent up to date im sure he wouldnt have used them. plus other guy sold him something and lied about it.
