SPL2K not so good

Bought RE XXX 12 that was a BNIB display model. Sub arrived with the shipping container lid broke, sub no longer secured in container and the basket was all scratched up. Told him about it and nothing happened. Asked him to file a UPS claim, never heard anything so I did it myself online. UPS driver came by and said that the packaging was inadequate for such a heavy item. Told him about this and he won't do anything about this. Asked for my money back and I will return the sub...nothing. Won't do business with SPL2K again.

The sub works, it's just that it was supposed to be BNIB and my plans were to mount it inverted, but the scratched basket prevents that since I do show my truck and cleanliness matters. I could probably fix it, but I shouldn't have to.

The way it was shipped is the exact way re ships them out, I in fact bought one from him (SPL2K) and the sub arrived perfectly fine! Not to mention he shipped the sub the same day i sent pp payment!!! All lays on ups man they are shady with heavy packages very shady! Unfortunately you were screwed by ups not spl2k, that is btw a great seller!!!!

The fact that YOU accepted a package that had a broken lid is YOUR problem and you removed the seller and shipper of any and all responsibility. Take it up with the shipper as they're the ones that broke it in the first place and not the seller that YOUR trying to trash with this thread.
