Got his name/address. Paypal said they sided with me but could not recover funds ( how f*cking useless ).
Called credit card company they arent promising anything, and I have to sign some papers before this even proceeds. Money = long gone, and im a broke *** student and cant afford to be out $55. I got laid off 4 months ago.
