Well he still signs in ever day now. I have spoke with my local police and have got the ball rolling on that end. Since the HTC Tilt retails for $300 that is what they are charging him with for stealing and fraud.

I also gave my local pd the information from the other thread that he screwed a guy with another name and address but same screen name. This might take a while, but from the reaction of my local pd and his local pd as well as the prosecutors from both places, this looks to have caught everyone's attention.

Maybe request a Mod do an IP check on richboy012. He could have been posing as another member. Any link to the original transaction?
