Truth. I never actually "add" money to PayPal. Whenever I make a purchase, PP automatically charges from my bank account, and acts as a proxy more than a sort of 'bank.'
Which was the initial point of PP was. He's just dicking you around more until he figures a way to get rid of you.

IT takes time for you to get money out of paypal to the bank acount, thats what hes doing proly. Once that money is in his bank account he can forget that paypal, make a new one and scam someone else. You better jump now or your out some money.

i hope this works out for you. iv met wht stephan a couple time seemed like a nice guy? how long ago did you buy the alt he pm me about a week ago or so trying to sell me a car pc and alt because i was local so he didnt have to ship

Did he ever give you a reason for not shipping the alt originally?

One of the very few times that he responded to me here, he said that he was in the middle of moving. I understand that, but when your inthe middle of a transaction you try to maintain contact. I PMd him trying to figeure out what was going on, but he was never on the forum or responding back at all. Of couse contact was good in the begining, but as soon as he got the money, I didn't hear from him.

UPDATE!!!!!!

Well when I paid him, I did it in 2 payments ($150 & $30) because I had to wait 1 day till payday. Well as of this evening, I've been refunded $90. $90 and we're good to go. :D
