    Have you tried researching his name. Maybe do some investigating and call people he knows, where he works and tell them what a POS he his. I know how you feel when you have kids. It feels like someones not only taking advantage of you but also your children. Because ultimately they are stealing food out of their mouths or clothes off their backs. Good luck man. I hope you get either your money back or what you paid for.

    When something is sold as 175 "Shipped", then who paid for the shipping?

    In my eyes, unless you are given an exact price for shipping like 145+32.17 shipping then the seller paid for it.

    thats just stupid. The seller is the one who paid the shipping company (actually put cash in their hands, or gave them a credit card# online, etc) so the seller is responsible.

    If the buyer provided a shipping label, or scheduled a pickup of the product from the buyer with their shipping company/account I could see otherwise.

    I just insured a $150 sub for $250 so that if any thing happened I have enough to cover the my own *** and some. I could have taken the cheap route because the buyer "didn't pay for insurance" but that's not how we do things on here. Fix your **** up and be done with it.

    I was just clarifying the definition from a legal standpoint. By no means was I saying I disagreed, you misinterpreted.

    Besides, according to what I said it would still leave the seller liable. How you got me disagreeing with you is beyond me.

    And it's determined if shipping is included in the price or "free shipping" is offered, or it is explicitly said "plus shipping" or something along those lines in a clear and coherent manner.
