    If you have his info goto your court house and file a small claims case against him. He will have to come to your state to take care of this issue.

    This would cost him more than $175.00 so maybe he would take care of the issue.

    so Monday im contacting the IC3 folks, and calling to find out how to open a case in small claims against him.


    and ill be visiting my bank with this paypal letter to get the charges reversed.

    Basically means you will not get jack ****, he will setup another account with paypal down the road with new info and CC.

    Hopefully I'm wrong but that is how it has happened for some guys i know.
