Im 16 years old and i know to ship with insurance, its common sense. If i ship something and it arrives broken its my responisibility because i didnt pack it properly for the shipping companies manhandling, and if i didnt insure it then its up to me to do the right thing and refund the money. I think people who are cheap enough to cause themselves problems like this shouldnt be allowed to sell. ITs ridiculous that a good business name is involved in this and i hope the owner/boss finds out about this. IF you want to cry because he didnt mention insurance to you then you should be the smart one to offer it, i include delivery confirmation and insurance in everything i ship. Whether its worth $2 or $2000.
