I have to disagree. The seller was selling something that he fixed himself, probably not knowing it had a possibilty of messing up again. In this case, the amp didn't work when the seller hooked it up, prety obvious to me.

Ok. i dont want to be labeled a scammer because im not, and i dont want you to be either because i honestly dont believe you are. im willing to paypal you $100 for half the repair costs

the issues with the re-soldering were stated before the amp was sold.

if I was the seller I would fix this problem no matter how I feel about the situation, it will help you in the long run. This way you can clear your name and show people you are willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Then you when you need to sell something else you can and have this thread cleared because of right now being stubborn will only hurt you. And if you don't have the money to refund you need to get out of caraudio because you can't afford it to begin with.

there's no tellin what else could be wrong inside...

But when the buyer decided to work on the amp, he could have done damage also. That is where the problem with fault arose IMO. Should have left the amp alone and asked for a refund.

seller i think you should refund because you wasnt fully truthfull with your ad 10/10 and you already did work on it and failed to mention this in your ad for that alone i give you wrong as any problems with the amp should have been made clear to any prospective buyers this is the same problem i had with a purchace said it was good when i got it would not power up told sell he was like oh yeah the amp was droped thats why 1 of the feet is damaged and a end cap is cracked and he would not help in any way with repair so i was stuck with a $600.00+ 75% of value paid to customs for a amp thats nothing more than decoration that cost me $1100 in hand
