I would just re-fund his money back, as a seller in my view, i would of being taking a risk fixin the amp by my self and then selling it, knowing it could mess up or perhaps a possibility that it could mess up again, so i would re-fund him, i wouldnt take the risk selling something like that in that state

Im fine with helping to get it repaired. the amp worked perfect when i shipped it out. and i know there is two sides to every story, and my side is the ****** end of the deal, i realize that. but how am i supposed to refund a working amp i sent out and get back something that could be permanently damaged.

I stated the amp worked perfectly but had a slight whine, and it did when i disconnected it, boxed it up, and shipped it.

Specially after this^ I would of being more suspicious of that. How do we know it wasn’t permanently damage before or after that?

I say re-fund him or pay for the fixing costs of that amp and shipping. I know I would.

i made a vid of it working the day i packed it up and sent it out. then i stated about the soldering repair before any money was sent to me

I would at least pay half of the repair and call it good just to be a nice guy...

These both sound like a solution, since either the buyer or seller could be at fault for the work done on the amp.

i said the amp worked for about 30 seconds a few times, and all that was hooked to it was a 5.25 speaker cause i didnt not have my subs in yet, then amp went into protect and i took it back out to find that there was more stuff that had came un soldered

just refund the mans money back. considering you claimed a repaired amp and it to be a 10/10, which leads me to believe you knew it had problems and passed it off as a 10

I would say 1 party pays to ship amp and half of repairs and the other return shipping and other half of repairs.

Ok. i dont want to be labeled a scammer because im not, and i dont want you to be either because i honestly dont believe you are. im willing to paypal you $100 for half the repair costs

the issues with the re-soldering were stated before the amp was sold.
