    nate2587 beware

    Ok, I have bought two things from him, an amp and a battery. The amp was a RD 3250.1 and the battery a kinetik 2400. I payed him 709 and have only so far received an amp in compensation. I have contacted him asking about the battery, he said he would get it out, but since then has yet to give me any indication whether he sent it out or not. So as it stands right now, I payed 700 bucks for an unbranded used amp that is in relatively good condition but is not without it's flaws.

    Now I know I cannot start my build until it warms up, but it's the principle that I have no received my goods from him. He has not been on here since the 10th of Jan and I bought my stuff before I left for Purdue, shortly after Christmas so the 1 month mark is closing in. I just want my battery so I can start piecing things together. Anyone who has done business with him let me know, and maybe someone can contact him for me and see what the holdup is. I know he might be busy, but he had time to send out my amp before. Why can't he find some time to send out my battery?

    Yeah, he had three amps all of them were RD 3250.1s. Mine even has the model number and whatnot on the bottom, it just doesn't have the RD Audio brand on the top of the heatsink.

    see he has himself covered with paypal........if you file a claim all he has to do is give them the tracking number showing something had been delivered. the one thing that could save you is if they can show the weight of the package. i would look into filing that claim soon as you only have 30 days to file a dispute. good luck......hopefully everything works out for you.
