Erthshker Potential scammer

5-6 weeks ago he had a 15" hybrid subwoofer for sale for 220 shipped. I was going to buy it but he said there's issue's with his bank account so he can only receive payment through money orders. So I told him to consider it sold and I'll send the money order in 2-3 days. I send out the money order and message him, later that day he tell me that he received someone else's money order already. He said he was going to send my money order back. After he receives it, he said he sent it back to me but a week and couple days later, I don't see it in the mail. I message him back and he said he received back. Might of been a mistake in the address? So he said this time he was going to go the UPS and ship it so I will have a tracking number. I waited for his response in the next couple days but he didn't respond for like 3 days and he said he had sent it out through regular mail. So I wait again and I didn't receive it and I messaged him back. He said he was going to Wal mart and ordering a money gram and give me a code where I can just cash it at a wal-mart. Funny thing is, that didn't happen either. I had to wait a week til he told me he sent it through regular mail.


Does anybody know this guy?

i have dealt with him several times, never had a problem with him. Paid me via money order when he bought stuff off me. He was a really nice guy and great to deal with. Maybe something just went wrong somewhere, hopefully he'll get it taken care of.

Yeah he does have good feedback but it seems a bit sketchy that when he says he's going to do something, he never does it and fails to inform me about what he does.

Didn't get any message from him.

Have you tried to cancel the money order or anything? I know with USPS if he didn't cash it you can report it lost or stolen and they will give you a form to fill out, they will do a payment inquiry, and if it hasn't been cashed they will issue a replacement. Once you get the replacement you can cancel it and get the money back. I don't know if regular money order's from gas stations and other places work like that but at least that way you don't have to worry about him sending anything to you and he can just rip it up and throw it away if he still has it or it's sent back.

I didn't know that could be done. Well he said that he was going to cash it and get another money order and send it back. But yeah he hasn't messaged me any number yet.

I would cancel it before he cashes it. If he is scaming you, youll be ****ed if you dont.

I'll see about it later. So I can just go to wal mart and show them the receipt of the money order and ask them if it's been cashed?

I lost the receipt so i can't track it but still no word from him yet.
