I texted him telling him I had enough of waiting and said I will take legal action and he finally replied back saying wait til Monday and if there's nothing from me I should do what I need to do. I'll wait til Monday.

Sorry for the long wait for a update. Luckily I found the receipt of the money order and went to go check to see if it was cashed and it wasn't. So I just sent in a form to them and it's going to take about a month to get my money back. But I had to pay a 12 dollar fee for it.
