I have been dealing with memphis for many years now and ive never had a problem with them at all . I bought ALL my amps at the competitors discount , if i decide to sell them its my option after 1 YEAR . We had to sign a contract with them 3 years ago when we started my van project that we would run their produdt and their product only for 1 full year . After that its fair game . If Steve would have paid the same cost at the time he got em , there wouldnt be any problems ! When I bought mine , we bought 24 for the van and 4 backups . Memphis has been a stand up company for the shop for over 8+ years ! For the dealers that run them , they know .

MOT usually isn't a bad dood, but today he selfishly made the decision to ban knowing it may very well extened the time 4 people get their money back...by a week.

MOT will come on here and say we shouldn't have done a deal with TSGP, but the fact of the matter is we did, and MOT just put another roadblock in the way of us getting a refund.

So you banned someone in the middle of a very expensive transactional dispute? If you were at all concerned with people getting their money and not your own personal grudges against TSGP, you would have waited for the facts to come out before banning him. Where are the other moderators here? There is a lot of money on the line, I would be furious if I was Bumpin_buick, or anyone else who is currently stuck holding the bag.
