****, I'm glad I didn't see the thread when the amps were being sold @ $500 each, or else I would've bought 1 and been right in the middle of all this spaghetti. Sorry for the fucked situation guys. One thing I either missed, or don't get, is why weren't the amps paid for already by steve before you bought them?

Memphis sent Steve an invoice for the amps...i called the local rep and told him what we were planning he said well ok add x amount since steve isn't keeping them i said great heres my cc


and the other 8 people that bought amps from me got a HELL of a deal on some ****** amps...

he has been banned in the past for his bad business practices. so he started a new name and we have let him stay on the basis that he has been doing good on his deals. but this makes me wonder.

Its not his fault but there are a few guys that paid a lot of money for something they did not get and on top of knowing their amp is not coming they have to worry about getting their refunds. Last i remember he dropped his prices to not only spur some interest but also cause he needed to pay his first bill for these amps i believe. Justin seems like a cool guy and i actually don't doubt his story but how could someone not have second thoughts. He just has some fvcked up luck i guess.. With his kitchen burning, getting robbed, and now the deal with Memphis..

Hey Mike, Cut him alittle slack. Memphis pulled the same crap on a Team I was on before. We had made the deal, paid for it and several weeks went by. We called and the owner got on and said no deal they want xxx more per amp. With a major show coming up a week away and 7 vehicles waiting on these amps we said f u. We had to order different amps next day saturday delivery cause of Memphis.
So I would tend to give him alittle leway on it. keep an eye on who he owes and keep in touch with them.
