We had a valid contract and a valid contract does not mean it needs to be in writing, although part of it was. Verbal agreements are just as legally binding as written agreements :fyi:

That's why there are installers and just like manufacturers recommend, installation should be done by a professional. Had tooloud4tv done that, this more than likely would have never even happened. In the nature of electronics, anything can happen. The amp was not D.O.A., as tooloud4tv even stated it worked for 2 days. Point is, we had an agreement and now he is not sticking to the agreement, that is the PRIMARY issue.

Seems like he didn't know what he was doing and blew the amp twice. He said I left a screw in it, and I thought he was telling the truth, till I found the screw after I sold the amp.

well im here and not hiding anywhere and never plan on hiding or what ever. how in the hell i drop an allen screw in the amp and never even had an allen screw to drop in? the amp came with an unusual allen screw in it just like you said u replaced. well **** it its over with now lessoned learned with this trading ****. point is u will get ur remanding 60$
