You start by filing a police report at your local PD, then they will contact their local PD, and contact the IC3. This is especially serious for this seller since he is currently on probation. I hope he sees how deep of legal **** he is going to be in for this.Quote:

Because most people won't do any more than try to file a paypal claim. All paypal cares about is whether or not you recieved the item. It doesn't matter if the item is as described or if it arrives damaged as long as it shows up on your doorstep.Quote:
