So PP said, "Fvck you?" Were you REALLY, REALLY nice with them? See if you can get the person you talk to view this thread. Speak to them EXTREMELY calm and polite as if you were talking to GOD. Give them full control and and express to them the elements of the situation. I wouldn't give up on it quite yet.
I have got money back before from an Ebay transaction when someone was trying to scam me and keep my goods. This happend way back when PP first started so some of the checks and balances they have now weren't in place.
I still think you can get them to budge.
