If he doesn't give you the amp or the $$$ in the next 24 hrs., call PayPal, don't just file the claim over the internet. KINDLY explain you situation to whoever you speak with. Give them all the info, send them this thread, and be calm about everything.
That's what do if I were you. I would try and get him to refund in the next 24hrs. If he doesn't, then contact PP, get your money back (I truely believe they will find in your favor if you respectfully speak with a live person, it's worked for me in the distant past with an Ebay transaction so...) and then continue with Abu Ghraib approach.

This just goes to show that we need to do something about scammers on this forum. The ever evolving continuance I know I made a thread a long while back and everyone flammed and talked ****.
Well, I PM'd GOOB a little while back and he actually wrote me back and AGREED that something needs to be done about regulating the classifieds and he indeed values the input. I think we should have serious discussion about what stipulations should be put in place, and although the Scammer Retaliation Unit works well, I just think we should have a barrier just before we let the execution committee out.
