The thing about debit cards is that they're tied directly into your bank account. When you charge something with one, the money is instantly yanked from your bank account. When you do a chargeback on a debit card, you're essentially fighting to get your OWN money back. If the seller doesn't have any money to cover the chargeback, it's really hard to get it back -unless you have a bank with GREAT service. When you use an actual credit card though, it is the credit card company's money that you're (initially) using for the purchase. If you don't get what you paid for (and initiate a chargeback), the credit card company will simply credit the amount back onto your account until they gather the facts. Once they see that you did infact get scammed, they will simply pass the loss onto Paypal -by not paying them.

I do have an address but I'm not 100% sure that it's his so I'm not going to post it (name on address is COMPLETELY different then what he was using on Paypal). I do know that the guy is (or was) a 'senior caregiver' though so it may be some little old man's house (who he gives sponge baths to) that he's using to ship and receive packages from. Who knows though. I myself never received anything but he did sell a couple of little things on here afterwards when he was trying to build up his feedback (under a different name)....so SOMEONE has to have his shipping address.
