Deal was too good to be true so I jumped on it and then did some research. All over the web selling items and not delivering or sending boxes of weights and telling you it has been sent.

just wanted to let you know that this fvcker's still around using the name 'cajohnny'...

So I found out some more information about this guy.

On ebay his user name is jermaine3173. I found it two days ago and it had a picture of this white kid with somebody in an "Osama Bin Laden" mask. Now it's a black dude.

So I look up Scotty Rab, the name he registered under for Paypal and came up with this site:

and it is the same picture that was on ebay two days ago. Start reading the site and he is in Canada....everything is starting to click. Brucefield Cananda.

So I filed a local police report with Ottawa police, I filed an Internet Fraud case with the FBI's Internet Crime Department, I filed with my local police, I filed with the Military police, I went to every site he posted and sent a link to the moderators with all of his email addressess and IP's, I filed a paypal claim as soon as I paid, and I sent him several emails asking him to do the right thing.

So I'm still hunting him down, stopping him whereever he goes. He scammed the wrong person, I have nothing but time over here and I will be back to the states soon, where I will follow this up.

If anyone else got scammed point them to this thread and we can work together. I have about 20+ sites he has posted at, under at least 6 names.

I hope this little punk gets what's coming to him and I hope they try him as an adult for several cases of internet fraud and theft.

So this guy goes through and finds a Ebay name and post name that match throughout the web that's in his area and starts posting under that name, hoping that someone will believe him because he has good feedback under both.

Anyone can get a gmail account, so now it looks like he has good feedback on Ebay and has been a member of a site for a long time with good feedback. But then he go and posts the same ad.

Just quit trying you piece of crap. I will make sure you don't scam anyone else.

This is the type of thing mods need IP banning for. Sadly, after the antics of the past few days, they may have NO banning powers anymore.
