Pics of the amp after it was opened, note close up on left side, not just the tabs are damaged
Amp weighs like 15 pounds and was floating around in a sea of notebook paper. If you would have used bubble wrap, or foam peanuts or both it wouldnt be an issue.
Nick may have been impatient and I didnt help any, but it comes down to he shouldnt have to be out of time and the product at all.
I am encouraging him to go through UPS. When they see how it was packed, they will most assuredly deny the claim and you will have to pay out of pocket anyway.
The damage is so minimal. Also, the amp was not floating. I shook the package violently to make sure the amp was secure in there and it was. Also, further pics shown that the corners were slightly bent to begin with. he never wanted more pics or inquired about the condition.

if he is your friend and a mod he is biased...should have turned the proof like pics over to another mod and let them make a decision.
do you guys have real lives? do any of you have experience in any real jobs in which facts delegate over hearsay?

the amp should not be what holds the box together, and should not be at the bottom on protected. MINIMAL or not its still your fault.

What place of business does COD? Does this mean you are backing out of the $75? I provided plenty of positive feedback. Hell you have no case against me, and I could just say **** you and walk away from it, but I'm not. Only way I give a full refund is when the amp is in my possession.

Jntar is involved because hes my friend, he is a buyer and a seller to ice, he is a mod and hes seen the amp.
I saw Kinkybikes' amp that didn't work either, I was a mod at that time as well, maybe I should have gotten involved

For the purpose of this thread, I am now ICE's buddy.
He's my friend and I am allowed in here, for the purpose of attesting to his rightfulness in this issue.
Also, if you can have 3/4 friends involved... he can have that many, too.

How is he not involved?
I called UPS I set up a claim. 1 way or another Ice im getting my money, If they come and say its your fault. Ill be ****ed if you dont pay for it.
because you were the buyer and ice was the seller. its between you two and no one else.
so because hes a friend, has dealt with ice before, is a mod, and has seen the amp means he is involved with its purchase? unless you borrowed money from him to buy this amp...hes not involved.

He just sticks his nose in it, sends me pm's about it, and eggs on nbudros.

i am only a chief of staff for a city council member in a much larger city just south of you. litigation and mediation are a key trait in day to day negotiations. your damage was minimal and not worth what you are asking.
