It is virtually impossible to change CD's while driving. I need two hands to open the face plate.

I am going to lay it out for everyone. Ice sold some **** and it got beat up do to poor packaging. Nick just accepted the amp, even though it had additional blemishes than in the pics. The CD player was floating aroung in a box of paper banging around. Nick went and spent 15-20 bucks on a cage since you didnt include one, then spent 20 bucks to ship it back to ICE. so thst 40 bucks out of pocket already on top of the amp. Not only that he spent the extra expense to buy a brand new one at additional cost and even gave you a new Alpine box with all packing material. If it was his intention to screw you why spend all kinds of money to try and use it and ship it back, and then spend another 75 on a new one anyway.

Ice is misleading with those pictures saying it was just inside 2 boxes. I watched NBudros pack it, just like Alpine does with all of the form fitting styrofoam which fits snugly in the box., Then it is packed on pallets from Alpine. So if he shipped it just like the manufacturer does, how is that wrong? Whats wrong wrapping it in 1 thin sheet of bubble wrap and putting it inside a box with writing paper and a 15 pound amp so that they can bang against each other in transit.

that is very misleading. You could've have taking the picture right when you opened the package. Instead you chose to take the item out, partly open the Alpine box, hide the other packing materials, and then take the picture.

It was packed with all of the Alpine packaging. NBudros went to local shop and bought new one then installed it and placed the one he shipped to IceT back inside the Alpine bx with 2 styrofoam halves that sandwhich the headunit safely in the box. He even gave Ice the brand new wiring harness from the new Alpine because the old one had been cut short, then placed that box inside another box. He went far out of his way at that point

Dude I forgot to send the chasis. I didn't even realize it until I got this one back. I was going to message nbudros and ask wtf it was, then I realized it was still in my dash kit. All he had to was tell me the chasis was missing and I would've found it and shipped it to him.

LOL don't make him out to be generous. He butchered the harness and sent me a new one since he ruined the old one. He said in a pm he cut them too short and he sent me a new harness.

Well I feel he deserves his own bad seller thread, since he is in fact worse then nbudros.

Here is the original transpiring

The story starts when nbudros decides to buy my Alpine 9887. I had a DLS A5 listed for $300. After some consideration, I decided to keep the amp. nbudros then sends me a pm saying he will give me $400 if that will change my mind. It did. I then shipped both the headunit and amp togethere through UPS. $11 I spent on shipping insurance.

He receives the package and messages me and says the amp is smashed. I said I would like to see pics of the damage and I will file an insurance claim. He says he wants $100 (interesting that is how much more he spent to pry the amp from me). I said I will file an insurance claim. He said he would email pics. Never did. I told him that UPS would most likely take the amp and he would be without amp. He said he'd let me know by Saturday. Monday rolls around, and I get a pm from jntar. yes jntar who had nothing to do with the transaction, but is a personal friend of his. He tells me about ****** packaging, and oh by the way, a set of comps I sold him two years ago was packed ******, but he didn't say anything but did leave positive feedback however.

Well after I get this pm from jntar, guess what? nbudros is all of the sudden back. Still no pictures from nbudros, but jntar gets me pics from megalomaniac. Great we have a third one.

It was also stated that the headunit was broke. yet non of the people complain about that? Interesting that must mean nbudros has buyers remorse and wants his extra $100 back. Anyways back to the show.

I get pm's from nbudros, and he is totally unwilling to let UPS look at the damage. I have no idea why. He was totally being unreasonable.

He then creates a thread after he wouldn't budge from his $100 demand. well then his minions go to work in that thread, and we are introduced to bigbirney, the ******** friend who has a strong allegiance to nbudros buying principals.

I decided to go ahead and file a claim. UPS told me to take it to get a repair estimate. i told nbudros this, and provided him with all the DLS dealers in Texas, and asked them if any were local. Instead of saying yes or no, he starts so insult me. I went ahead and emailed DLS last night, since no dealers were local, and they gave me a contact number to get the amp repaired, nbudros is too impatient to wait.

Since nbudros is too unreasonable, I'm stuck paying him $75, not to mention the $11 that went to waste on shipping insurance.

Some quick facts. I never stated the condition of the amp. nbudros was provided with a pic, i said I could provide more, he didn't request more. He never asked the condition of the amp. Paypal will not side with him, because the amp was shipped, the condition was never stated, the damage was done in shipping. I'm be awfully generous by giving him $75. It is bullshit I am out $75.

Also like to note, it was unfair dealing with his cronies. He made a second thread, harassing me, using my name online, calling me a scammer, when in fact no one was scammed. That thread was deleted by another mod. Jntar undeletes it. Really fair I'm dealing with a mod who had nothing to do with the transaction. The same mod then merges thread so jntar cannot find it, and then proceeds to harass said mod in the backroom. Jntar claims he is mediating, but as you can see he is biased towards nbudros.

In conclusion, I will never sell or buy to anybody residing in the state of Texas ever again.

Well, I really wasn't going to return to the forum. I cam back because I just sold a 360 so I was checking my pm's and noticed I was banned. i figured I'd just get the word out before I leave what a POS he is.
