Thanks for all the help guys. Anything you can do to help us out is very appreciated. Because I used my debit card with my bank account for the purchase, I may just call them tomorrow and try to get my money back so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

Yes, you get free Delivery Confirmation for that Service. I recently shipped an Amp to a guy in Romania so I am positive of this.
Paypal won't let you down, but they do take a long long time to handle everything. It is good to make sure at least one person opens a dispute, because otherwise he can close his paypal account and everyone he scamms is **** out or luck. However, with a dispute open, paypal will freeze his funds.
Yes he can show Delivery Confirmation slips for other items, but keep in mind that weight is something he would have to match on each Del Conf slip. This means he would have to mail a box of rocks to each of you that ways as much or more (but not too much more) than what he really sent you. Paypal will also take notice of the multiple claims....just be ready to not receive your money back for about one and a half months, at least.

I hear you and I don't mean for this to be an 'argument' but for future reference: If you sell something and get your Delivery Confirmation piece of paper (white with highlighter green border about the size of a credit card but square), the tracking number is printed along the left edge.
