rawdogj: Scammer, attention buyers of 1500Ds
I hate that it has come to this... but as of now rawdogj, also known as Jason Robaszkiewicz, has defrauded me for a substantial sum of money. I have been attempting to deal with Jason and his wife regarding this matter for months, even offering to accept any amount of payment, no matter how small, to resolve the debt. I have received nothing but lies and empty promises in return. I am growing very tired of playing the nice guy and keeping it under wraps.
So... as an advanced notice. If you purchased an SAZ-1500D from Jason Robaszkiewicz you purchased an amplifier that was essentially stolen from me due to lack of payment. I have given him until January 1st to pay me or return these amplifiers before I am going to report them stolen to the police department and the FBI internet fraud division -- as the transaction was carried out primarily online.
Once I file charges if you are in possession of any of these amplifiers you will be in possession of stolen property -- these amplifiers also carry zero warranty. Possession is a substantial portion of the law so you may be held legally liable for your purchase of the items.
If Jason or Dawn sees this I suggest contacting me immediately. I have also sent a letter regarding possible resolution without taking this to the law.

Only here for now... until I decide to actually file, at which point it will get posted everywhere. Two more days remain for an initial payment to be received based on the letter I sent... and January 1st is the date on the signed contract for the return of the amplifiers that were to be "borrowed" and returned -- so that is when I will take legal action.

He was on Team Sundown and signed two contracts. Some of his amps were "loaned" to be returned the 1st of January 2008, some were on payments on credit cards that are no longer valid.
I no longer offer either plan for any reason.

Then I suppose those parties will be in possession of stolen goods... whatever the law says about that applies -- which I believe means the police will collect the items. This is what happened to me when I bought a stolen laptop without knowing it.

It comes on from time to time but nobody responds... it may be his wife signing on. She was answering my e-mails for a while then began to ignore me.
