Totally shady that the guy is not getting this done quickly.

BUT, you did say you would buy from a for-sale thread, sent the money etc. You should have gotten the box requirements first then figured out a sub. This is the interweb, not wal-mart :P

Its one thing to make a buy and then back out, its another to offer a refund then use the moneys for another buy and make your original deal wait for their refund.

Both buyer and seller failed, neither followed through on what they said they would.

This deal appears craptastic from all angles.

Guy could have said, "No," you bought the sub and now it's yours.........I would have chalked it up as a loss. But, instead he said, "Sure, I will refund you." I know that your not exactly an intelligent person, but deg, why are you responding to a thread that's above your maturity level?

Alright..so i didnt use your money to buy another sub..i used money that i got from an "actual" buyer to but the other sub. Your blowing this out of proportion man, i wrote you wed and explained it to you and didnt even get a response from you, until fri night..asking for your money...if you were in that big of a hurry to get your money you would have responded, or you coulda told me how to do the refund at the beginning.. so like i said your money is transfering over. i'm not going to accomodate you when you couldnt do the same for me, and now your being a lil ***** about it. if i was out there to scame you i think i would have run away now and not even wrote to you or anything. you will get your money when it transfers over.

He told me the day after he bought it i said fine. I already had it transfering over to my account to i was like when it gets done doing that, i'll transfer it right back to you. He coulda told me how to do the refund. But he said thats fine. So wed i sent him a PM updating him on the sitaution, he never responded. Til Friday where he goes crazy because he demands he wants his money back right now. Sorry man this world doesn't work like this. If you were in such a rush i dont understand why you wouldnt have told me before on how to refund your money? So i did it my way. I think i communicated good with you always responded to your messages, even have my friend respond for me while i was in Boston. So chill out and when it transfer over you'll have it.

How am I supposed to know that you don't know how to process a refund? Funny how you message me on Wednesday saying that something came up and that you couldn't refund until Friday, when you really used my money on Tuesday night to buy a new sub......Come on kid, you f^. Also, you were online all day on Friday, it's amazing how I get home from work and hadn't sent a single PM saying that you were in the process of refunding my money. You could have easily stopped the money request to your account on yesterday as I explained in my PM's to you. Also, trying to say "YOUR BUDDY" is online for you is a bunch of bullshit. Face it, your just trying to buy time........
