Hccafan You Fu Ckin ****....scammer!!!!
Here is the deal...I purchased an Orion HCCA-D5000 when Shane first started selling them on this site. I didn't originally buy it from Shane but from RaisedIn305 who purchased directly from Shane and sold one of his amps like a week after purchasing. I used this amplifier for about 2 weeks and then ran into problems with it. I talked with Local shops and they told me that it was something with the controller chip. So I then talked to Shane and figured that since my amplifier was still under warranty why not just send it back in and have them fix it. So I agreed to send it back in to Tammy Blackburn/ warranty manager and she'll have my amp moved to the front of the repair line. I sent that amplifer in about a 3 months ago. So about 1 month ago I ask Shane well what is the deal with my amplifier and he tells me that they went out on Monday or Tuesday. I believe I asked him that on Wednesday of that week and it takes 4 days to get from SC to CA through UPS ground. So I'm now thinking well okay atleast it's on the way back. Few days later I ask him again what is going on with the amp and he said that they sent out all the HCCA-D2400's and that the HCCA-D5000's are being processed now. So I was waiting for my amplifier and they haven't even started working on it yet. So now a few days after that I ask Shane what's going on...and he tells me that he doesn't know what is going on with the amplifier's and that he received an e-mail saying that they don't know what's going on with the amp's or something...So he then tells me to call Orion and ask to speak with Tammy Blackburn...I've been calling and leaving messages for this lady for the past 2 months and haven't gotten a returned phone call...I then call today and I talked to a guy named Mark. He says that Tammy Blackburn doesn't even work for Orion anymore!! LOL....so he then askes for my RA# and my tracking number and I can't give him either because OL FAITHFUL Shane said that Tammy Blackburn would take care of my amplifier without a RA#...So now I'm questioning Mark about my amplifier and what is going on and he tells me that they would not be able to warranty my amplifier without a RA# or a proof of purchase receipt. Shane doesn't supply receipts so he tells me to put ATTN: Tammy Blackburn on my box so that she will get it. Okay so now....Mark tells me that he doesn't even know what is going on with my amplifier and he is not certain that they still have it or what. He can't help me without an RA # and Tammy Blackburn doesn't work there. So what the F*CK am I supposed to do now....I USED THIS AMP FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!!! AND PAID $625.00 FOR IT and now it's lost pretty much. Shane you have not answered anything for me since I've sent this f*cking amp in. I sent you PM's and received NO helpful information. I WOULD like an explantation on my amplifier if you can get that. I've been more than patient but now I'm fu*king mad...You've been giving me the run around about you not knowing what the hell is going on...all this happened 3 months ago and you have been ignoring me for about 1 month now....I was going to post this thread when it first happened but I decided to give Shane a chance and now I realized that I am not the only person so I decided to post the thread....I want some kind of a fu*king refund or something because you will not get away with this...I'm going to report all you as*hole's on this site that scam people...As for HCCAFAN aka Shane Christiansen DON'T F*CK WITH HIM!! HE IS BAD F*CKING NEWS!! REF'S just isn't enough anymore to trust someone...DON'T TRUST ANYONE ON THIS SITE...YOU'LL GET SCREWED SOONER OR LATER!
