Ok so I PP the payment last Thursday 8/31. Its been a week since he said he shipped it out, but still no product. He has been great on communication up until the last few days, not responding to my IM's on AIM or anything like that. I see he was active yesterday, but his track record looks great thus far. I hope this was just a screw up on USPS, or am I the one getting screwed.

If I happen to recieve my amp by Monday, I'll delete this post.

Dude, if there's ANYONE on this forum who I'd vouch for, it'd be Alex. He seriously goes above and beyond to make things right, and I doubt that he's going to start ****ing people over now.

For a second PV, I thought you were talking about me. My name is Alex also. But, seeing that two well respected board members' vouched for him, I'll take you all's word. I also know how bad USPS is with shipping.

But then again, you'd want a tracking # and would be wondering why your product hasn't arrived if it was shipped Priority.

I'll lay cool until Tuesday, when I get me new amp kit.

im not on my computer 24 hours a day, im signed on but most of the time i forget to put the away messages up. But anyhow that amp is shipped and im going to the shipping store now to see whats going on.

I never claimed he was a bad guy. I'm not here to make make or break anyone's rep. I'm here strictly for business, and when that's the case, you get straight to the point. I have nothing but respect for all of you who vouched for him, because ya'll are also legit peeps.

I know USPS is the worst shipping service ever, so I did play that point HEAVILY. I then came to the point that he was very helpful but in the last couple days I haven't heard from him. Personally, I think it's the sellers responsibility to let the buyer know what's going on.

To sum it up, no anger towards Lax or anyone over this thread, I'd rather make friends than break them on here, so I'd consider the thread "Closed".
