Avs20=Scammer?

Well a couple of weeks ago I bought a couple things from avs20. These include 2 mt 18s 4 batts and 1 charger for the batts. Well i recieved everything except for the charger. Which when i asked him he said he forgot to ship it so i then asked if he could just refund me my 200.00 that i had already paypaled for the charger. He then replied with

that was on june 23rd and he has not let me know anything. I sent him three messages on aim to know what was up none were replied too. I just want my money or my charger.

In my view the buyer here has all the rights in the world to be upset that he was not sent all that he has paid for. The seller making it very plain that it will get taken care of whenever the hell he feels like taking care of it and in whatever manner the seller sees fit rather than to the satisfaction of the buyer is indicative of someone I wouldn't care to do business with either.

Do you genuinely not understand how a proper business transaction ought to take place? I feel bad for whoever you conduct business with once you do not live at home any longer and it isn't your mom making certain the seller gets paid, Sage. Manoman... :crap:

This was a business deal, not a K5 class, dude. If the buyer fulfilled their responsibility by paying, in full, in a timely manner then the seller doesn't have the wiggle room to take care of things when they FEEL LIKE IT.
