And my buddy is here and he wanted to know the price on a new xxx 12" and he quoted me 1000+ shipping which is a killer deal here in canada.

I think he was trying to give you some other options. Just because you re-sell the sub, does not let king off the hook for fraud.

I think you need to calm down and go over the options presented to you so far...there are some good ones.

Paypal wouldn't do a **** thing with a case like this, because the seller shipped the item that was being sold. It might not have been in the condition described, but it shipped.

This exact situation happened with me about three weeks ago - I bought a preamp from a place in Seattle that described it as being cosmetically mint. Well, I get it, and there are blemishes on the front panel, deep scratches on the rear; definitely looks as it's seen better days. Instead of going apeshit and calling them all frauds and liars, I calmly got on the phone with them, told them my issue, and they said they'd be gladly able to take it back and give me a full refund plus the cost of shipping to get it cross country again.

Sometimes, these things have a way of working themselves out if you handle things reasonably...

Listen I am not selling the sub for a few reasons

1)paid 385 us for it and wont get that out of it!
2) it would be cheaper to recone it then sell it and buy another one cause i would loose 2 much.
3) You just want me to get rid of it so nothing happens to king.
4) I need proof cause i am pushing this as far as i can.
5) I am not going to say o well he ripped me off nothing i can do.( by the looks of it that is what you would do.)

All I was doing was giving you an option, once you get this resolved with king(getting your money back). You dont have to deal with the hassle of doing canadian recones or anything like that. Thats all I was thinking.

I am not trying to get you to leave king alone, I hate scammers just as much as the next person on this forum, in no way would I help a scammer. I went out of my way to try to find info on other scammers on this forum, so dont accuse me of **** you know nothing about.

Not even close to what I would do, again, you dont know me. Just yesterday I was discussing driving to talk with local police and possibly going to see about another scammer that was on here (no names being mentioned). So, like I said dont judge me.

Don't know what they will tell you, but call your local PD and see if they have any recomendations on what action may be available. They may tell you to get lost, but it is worth the phone call/visit.

My dad is a retired RCMP officer.
He told me to get incontact with his local police department they might be able to do something.

Anyone know the number to his local pd ?

I have pics of the sub the day I recived it.
Also have 4 witnesses. I was at my buddys work when I opened it up.
So he really cant say that cause I have pics of my car and no way could I send any power to it.

Just waiting to hear back from The canadian dealer to see how much the recone is going to cost me then I will order it and If he refunds the cost of the recone good
But not going to hold my breath. and do everything I can. I am tring to find the # to his local pd.

Also the pms are just proof and a writen agreement. so That will help me in my quest.
