how did you pay?
money order :(
No, not at all. Take King for an example...he was at 100% and then pulled this. I'm not saying prevent anyone from selling but it should be strongly suggested. but a person who does sign up would definitly have more cred because they signed up. But then again, how does that site really protect the buyer? Is proof of purchase necessary when feedback is left?Quote:

So in a sense, those links in your sig are the database...Those links are a plain and simple statement to a buyer saying "I'm not going to **** you over, take the word of my previous buyer's and sellers" I'd do it too if I could just find the threads, lol.Quote:

You could get all you refs to make a account on there and then you both leave feedback. but as long as you have refs and can prove it there is no need.Quote:

Nothing you can dow iht amoney order. Not even if he never sent you nothing.
Boils down to your word against his, as is this currently. Sad state but inreality there is no SAFE ways to buy over the net.
Also as for a COD you are not allowed to open one in canada unless you pay for it.
That's not entirely true either. It's a long, complicated, pain in the posterior process but you can go through the post office and file for mail fraud since it was a mailed payment for a fraudulant sale. I've seen it done more than a couple of times via eBay screwups. :DQuote:

Not being from that side of our northern border I was unaware that this was a requirement. You've taught me something today so + points for j00!Quote:

They let me open up my cods cause my old hockey coach is the manager there.
I guess it is who you know.

Uhmmm, why are you waiting? I would file that ASAP and try to undo it if it is corrected. He said he doesn't have internet access regularly, moved/kicked out of his house, and already sent you an f'ed up sub . . . what more do you need?Quote:

Ok what do I do?
If you think i am just going to sit here and do nothing you are wrong.
I am going to the post office first thing in the morning and file a internet fraud claim.
Do I do anything else?
