I was mad that he shipped it usps cause i new that usps does not cover insurance accross the boarder. That is why I wanted it shipped ups cause of the insurance if anything happend AND even payed extra to make sure it was shipped ups.

And I was mad at the fact that he wanted more money to ship the sub cause I got the quote off ups web site and we agreed on the price to have it shipped UPS WITH INSURANCE.

Then after he gets my money he says that it is 42 dollars more to have it shipped Ups then what the quote was.
So i sent the extra money and then when he gives me the tracking number i come to find out that He shipped it usps.

I wanted insurance from day one incase something like this happend.
But he just sends it the cheapest way he could with out insurance.

You would be pissed to.

I NEVER TOLD HIM TO SHIP IT WITH OUT INSURANCE PERIOD.
That would have been stupid.

Well the police went to kings house and he lied through his teeth.
O well I am having them file a few things so dont think this is over not by a long shot.

Jeremy, I spoke with Rob Fox. He stated the speaker was in good condition when he sent the speaker and that it was working.
I asked him about the shipping change from UPS to USPS and he stated that you sent $50 for shipping and he got a price of $107 for UPS shipping and $92 for USPS.

I sent you more money to have it shipped ups not usps again.
You made the post stating the it was 93 dollars to ship it ups with insurance so i sent the extra money.

Then after you send the sub you started to lie some more

He stated he would pay half the difference on the $92 for USPS and you sent him the other half of the added amount($21).

He later learned that the USPS shipping was over charged and he was refunded the additional money and agreed to send you back the $21. He stated USPS does not cover for damages after the package crosses the border. He stated that the speaker was working and that the magnet was not loose when shipped as he advised you found the magnet was not properly alligned when received.

Again you lie.
The magnet is not loose nor missalined.

I asked him if there was some way this could be worked out and he stated he would not refund the money as the speaker was in good condition and working when he sent it.

I paid to have the sub shipped UPS WITH INSURANCE and you sent it usps with no insurance so you are going to be held responsable and claims have been filed cause the police officer said if i have pm's, email anything with proof of this he would go ahead farther.

I emailed him the pm's so king get ready cause you started a storm you can not out run or lie you way out of.

i was giong to mention that... king would probably have to pay for court and lawyer fees. thats great that you got the cops to go and talk to him. did you email your pictures to the cop? even if he doesn't know much about them, he should be able to determine that whats wrong with it isn't perfect as described.

He told me to see what he will do and if he will not refund my money or pay for it to be fixed then I have some options to get my money back.

He should be online tonight so I am going to see what he says.

i FINALLY received my 2500d, and came in perfect condition etc.... exactly as described, but i did not receive the endcaps along with it... not the end of the world, but the amp itself is just how he said it was!
