SCAMMER ALERT -- Jojosdad = POS

yeah this guy i guess thought it would be cool to scam not just one member of this forum but at least 3. paid him for a laptop on the 5th and come to find out he sold the same laptop to another member. when i emailed him he said not to worry that he has 2 of thema nd that he would send me shipping info asap. well now its bee over a week and havent heard anything from him since. anyone with any info on this POS please contact me. i know there is another member whom paid him for an amp and hasnt recieved that either.

did he have any refs?

when you buy something always i mean always whether they have references or not have them make a quick thread on e-bay. i bought a sunroof and made the guy put a quick thread on ebay and it got broke during shipping. to make a long story short i got my $200 in less than a month.

because if you make a claim with paypal they automatically deduct the money from their account and hold it until everything is sqaured away...

just thought i would add that jessica alba makes me harder than chinese arithmatic... :)

I just filed my claim as well. I hope this all works out.

I'm curious of what you mean to do with this. Do you make them list it as an auction with a buy it now or what? Or are you just saying that you use PayPal so you don't get it in the ***?

hes saying have them make an ebay auction for it. but that has no saying either that they wont scam you. either way ive already recieved a credit to my credit card account for the money. that is why i always use a credit card when paying through paypal. i had @ 800 bucks in my paypal account and made sure to withdraw it before paying for the item just so i could use my cc.

Cause I always ues my credit card on PayPal and DO NOT let it with draw from my bank account like they want it too so bad... **** like this makes buying stuff over the internet ****....

After multiple emails and obviously you cant PM this guy cause his inbox is full, I too went ahead and filed a claim with paypal.

I been nice long enough. I can now call him a ****en SCAMMER .:furious:

I should have mine at the end of the month. Paypal takes awhile but atleast I'm getting it back.
