I do not find it acceptable that the speakers "magically" destroyed themselves after I sent them off.

you got lucky scammer, paypal only let me file 1 claim from you being so freaking late on shipping. Otherwise they are sitting on a box with the surrounds still lifted. Most likley going in the trash can and keeping the crossovers and tweets for those are the only things that were any good. Figures you stoped responding to emails long ago.

Oh yeah, those "emails" that you never sent.. I belive the last one I sent you was telling you that they would be just fine if you would glue the surrounds down, to which you didn't reply... I think I have proven your lack of e-mail communication skills and great ability to make bogus claims earlier in this thread......

I have still given enough proof (e-mails AND pictures) throughout this thread to make your temper look childish, and your side of the deal look absolutely ludacris.. all the while proving without a doubt that I am not a scammer.

You ignored all emails from day 1 asking for a return and just are showing a screen shot after you deleted my emails. You are in fact a liar and a scammer and stop trying to make me look bad after screwing me over. Aura's are still sitting in the box same way they came, NOT WORTH A CRAP. I welcome any local Arizona member to take a look at them and tell me there opinion, if I messed with them or are they used and beat up. Yeah, you're right. That was another pair of new auras that I took a picture of. Get real. They look A-OK in the pictures, and then "magically" get busted up somewhere between them leaving the post office and you taking pictures of them.

Like you have ANY credibility making all these "o0o0ohhh u ignored all of my emails" claims, especially since I have been 1-up on you over them since the start of this thread. You know **** WELL that you didn't send me any e-mails recently. You can see in all of my screenshots the e-mails that I have sent to you, so your claim of not responding to them is null and void. Match the dates too, every date you sent me one there was a sent e-mail from me... and all of the e-mails on all of the dates are consistant, which means I did NOT delete them.

I'm not the one who is making you look bad, dude.. you, your temper, and your "claims" have done that on your own. The only people who have your back are your nutriders (like raven, who turned out to be a scammer himself), and unbiased non-nutriding people have started to side with me after I brought my evidence out onto the table.

Proving that the speakers are busted up is not going to accomplish anything. They move from having beat up surrounds to now being "not worth a crap" and used and worn out. Like I said, I've shown enough evidence to support my side of the debacle, and STILL all you do is claim that I don't answer any emails and continue to call me a liar and a scammer over and over again.

honestly.. I'm going to have to go with oz on the legitimacy of your proof. that picture of thsoe auras in top notch condition does not serve as proof. No proof that you took them, no proof that they werent damaged after you took the picture, just because therye good in that picture.. doesnt mean theyre good after. I can take a picture of something and smash it right after too. (not accusing that you did, just saying in general, i could do that)

also.. since you can delete emails from your mailbox...

that also constitutes your screenshots as illegitimate proof. sure. we can see that you responded to him back, but you couldve deleted the emails you claim you never got.


so really.. all your proof would never hold up, so dont act as though theyre 100% accurate.

It's already been covered in the thread. Save the picture of the auras, go to properties, then advanced... and you will see the date of the picture taken.. january 26th.. which is two days After I put them up for sale in the original Sounddomain thread. I'm also the only fool who is still using a kodak DC3200 digicam from 2000, and I have picture proof of that as well. I took the picture as I was getting them situated and boxed up after putting them up for sale, and they sat packed up in the box ready to go until desertheat bought them. It doesn't make sense for me to damage something after I list them for sale, and then keep them up for sale. It's not a farfetched concept to understand... we're not dealing with rocket science here..

As far as the e-mails, theoretically anything is possible.... but since you read the whole thread (right?), you will see that desertheat's dates on his "sent" emails never matched up from the start, and then in his last reply, he "claimed" that I ignored ALL of his e-mails... with which I dilligently proved him wrong with the screen shot. It also doesn't make sense that I responded to some of his e-mails, yet ignored others.. especially after he claimed that I ignored ALL of his..

You see, you don't have to side with me or anything. I'm not losing any sleep. The only thing I'm pointing out are the flaws in desertheat's "claims". If someone can't get their dates right on "e-mails sent", and claims I ignored ALL of their e-mails and gets proven wrong, what does that do to the credibility of their claims??? especially when that's all they rely on in a debate? You can't enter a debate without any evidence to back your claims up..

We can go back and forth with this, and who thinks who's proof is better... but he hasn't "proven" anything except for him "claiming" things... Some proof is better than NO proof!
