    Destinfl1975

    I sent this guy money for an Eclipse CD5435 last Sunday evening. I haven't heard anything from him all week, so i'm assuming he hasn't shipped it. He hasn't responded to my pm's or even logged on to this site since then, nor has he responded to the email I sent to the address I PayPal'd the money.

    This is my first transaction out side of eBay and the first time I've had any sort of problem. I'm thinking of giving him another day or two and then probably filing a claim through PayPal. I'm not trying to cause trouble I just want to make sure I either get the deck or my money back. What do you guys recommend or think I should do?

    sorry to hear man. did this guy have references? just try to file a claim to paypal and hopefully you get your money back.

    Don't wait on it, file a complaint right away. You can always cancel later. Too many scammin pieces of **** out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I've filed a claim, now we play the waiting game I guess. I'm gonna be really pissed if I don't end up getting my money back. I can't believe this...

    Yea the waiting sux...He will have 10 days to respond to PP and if he cannot show that he shipped it to you then the claim will be decided in your favor. Did you pay with your PP balance??

    Yeah, so PayPal didn't refund me anything. I must say I'm thoroughly dissappointed with PayPal's actions - I get screwed and this guy isn't penalized the least.

    Is there anything else I can do aside from PayPal, seeing as that proved pretty useless... *sigh*

    Sorry to hear about that man. This is no different than ebay...would you buy off an ebay seller with zero feedback? I know I wouldnt. I will NOT buy off people here who dont have many refs? Some may some well how are those people suppose to get refs.....easy, by people that dont think the same as I do . I dont care how good the deal is, no refs=no buy for me...unless you're local . Has he signed in since your post? Any news from PP?
