No - I was given one of those dumbass CD labeling things as a gift once and that same day I got an email with that pic in it (title of the email was Eminem drug bust....I thought Slim Shady had gotten busted or something and wanted to see the pic!) and it ended up on a CD about 10 minutes later....

wats did paypal say as to why they didnt pay you back? was it favored against you or did he just empty out his paypal account?

My claim was granted in my favour, but there were no funds available to recover...

I always figured PayPal did more in terms of protection, but it appears that all you have to do to get away with scamming people is empty out your account and PayPal doesn't do ****.

If he used the money for ebay items and such....just keep pressuring paypal. They will reverse all his payments and tell the sellers it was paid with fraudulent funds and then reimburse you. I had to do this once. It took a while but I did eventually get my money back.
