I'm Taking Bimma85's Advice & Starting My Own Thread Since Zach Refuses To Pay Me What He Owes Me

Well Most Everyone Knows What Happened But Here It Is Again.....Basically I Made A Deal With Zach To Sell My Broken PG Xenon 1200.1 for $40 Shipped....I Sent The Amp And He Was Supposed To Send The Money Order...He Said He Sent It Out The Same Day I Shipped The Amp......Then He Claimed He Never Received The Package So He Cancelled The Money Order.....But Even If He Cancelled It I Still Should've Gotten It In The Mail.....Then A Month Or So Later Bimma85 Shows Me His Ebay Auctions & He Has My Amp Up For Auction.....

I Can Tell It's My Amp Because The Lighter Colored Part @ The Bottom Of The PG Symbol That Looks Like a Reflection Of Light Is Actually A Blemish I Made On It From Touching A Live Wire To The Metal When I Was Taking It Out Without First Disconnecting The Battery

Bimma85 & IceeTeebone Also Have Had Issues With Zach But He Has Recently Paid Them What He Owes Them And I Want Him To Pay Me Too....I Gave Him A Great Deal On The Amp, The Least He Can Do Is Hold Up His End Of The Bargain.

Zach....Give Me The Money You Owe Me, That Is All I Ask!

He bought it broke, and then turned around and sold it on the bay as almost new I want to see the feedback the guy that bought it leaves for him. I highly doubt he had time or knowledge to fix it. You should send the buyer an email with this page.

Just wanted to say thanks for volunteering to be the middleman, but I just sent out money orders to Bimma and Iceteebone.
Also, screw walkychalky, never got the amp.....why would I give him money? Strange that he didnt even bother to file an insurance claim, I think.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the offer of help.

i asked the guy who won the auction if he received the amp yet.....apparently Zach fessed up to the fact it was broken b4 he shipped it out and he refunded the guys money.....now i am 110% sure that that amp is the one i sent him....its fried and it has the blemish...why don't you come try to clear your name if you think you dont owe me anything Zach?
