All i know is if it has been proven chinny expierienced problems with these tweeters as it has by his own mouth, and working or not when they left, they appear to have arrived non working, chances are it was the same problem chinny had which he failed to disclose in the for sale thread which means if the guy wants a refund it is his right to have a refund. You cant say I will give you another tweeter because your the one who withheld info on the thread not the buyer. If he is willing to take a tweeter then thats a different story but last i seen he wanted a refund which he is 100% entitled to and failure to give that WILL make him a bad trader. I suggest you just refund the money chinny before it escalates to that point.

i buy a type r from someone on the forum. it shows up at my house, dead. maybe blown, but it doesn't work. i contact you saying it's dead. you say it worked when you sent it out and have people to attest to that. do i ****ing care who (let alone someone i don't even know, who for all i know could be an alias of you) says what something may or may not have been like when i see something different? if it doesn't work as described, it is on you. there is no way you can possibly make him pay for ANYTHING, including shipping.Quote:
