just want to update the situation.
the store who i shipped through called me today. ups told them they need something to prove how much the sub is worth new. i'll bring that too them no later then tommorrow. then ups will have to cut a check to the store. then the store will cut me a check, and then i send the refund to boominbeast.

well here is the deal. the store where i shipped the sub has the busted sub and says i will MOST LIKELY be able to get it back. so i can send you $130 plus the busted sub and that should cover a recone for the sub and you end up with a new sub or i'll just refund $200. also sending a pm shortly.

ok. the sub isn't in my possesion yet. should be getting the money within a week or so. ups wanted to verify the actual replacement cost so ups is sending a check to the store i shipped it through, then the store cuts me a check.
