    If brian would just call usps and make them take care of it... They flat out lost it, its not either of your fault's that that happened. although granted it was brians mistake for not using insurance, he should be the one to take care of it.

    Im 16 years old and i know to ship with insurance, its common sense. If i ship something and it arrives broken its my responisibility because i didnt pack it properly for the shipping companies manhandling, and if i didnt insure it then its up to me to do the right thing and refund the money. I think people who are cheap enough to cause themselves problems like this shouldnt be allowed to sell. ITs ridiculous that a good business name is involved in this and i hope the owner/boss finds out about this. IF you want to cry because he didnt mention insurance to you then you should be the smart one to offer it, i include delivery confirmation and insurance in everything i ship. Whether its worth $2 or $2000.

    - Every one knows to use insurance
    - Seller needs to refund money and own up
    - Good luck to buyer to get his money back.

    I live in a city of 200,000 people. I live 2.5 hours from chicago, 4 hours from st. louis, 4 hours from Omaha. Your entire territory probably has less than my city.
