I dont' feel like typing a long *** story, so i'm just going to summarize.

Paid him cash and partial trade for one of his sub.

3months later i get the motor because he had the voice coil custom made for me so he had to wait for that to come in for the top assembly(he originally was going to send the whole sub at once). The motor came but was packaged very poorly, but I did not mind.

Asked him about the top assembly, no response for about 2 weeks.

Contacted a friend of his who reminded him because apparently he's been too "busy" to remember, fine.

A week after that, I get no communication just to let me know that perhaps he's
working on it.

A friend of mine got his number for me and I called him, he said he's working on the top assembly and will deliver it next week. By my count, this is March 28.

Called him up again on the 4th of April (last friday) and he ignored my calls and didn't call me back, so now here we are.

Cliff: Get me my fucking top assembly 02parkave!!!!!

Edit: I have about 600 dollars in this, so I don't feel like getting screwed out of this. And yes I have the motor, but a new top assembly and soft parts would means a lot of money that I dont' have also.

I understand that many people have had good transactions with him, but i highly doubt that there is a miscommunication if it's been 4 months that I have been waiting for my ****. I don't care if he is busy, if he sold me my ****, then he should be able to get it to me on time.

And i called and talked to him last week and suddenly he doesn't pick up my calls anymore, miscommunication my ***
