What do the people with the stolen amps do if they bought from him? Are they just ripped or do they take legal action as well for money they sent him?

They are pretty much ripped... I didn't get anything back for the stolen laptop I bought, the police just took it -- actually, I gave it to them, as I found out it was stolen and reported it myself. I suppose one could sue him for it, though.

I have all his information... two signed contracts... and full e-mail logs admitting to wrong doing... also promising to pay me back, which has not happened in any forum. So... legally I have everything I need, but I am giving him until the 1st of January per the contract on 1/2 of the amps.

I feel bad for everyone who's bought one from him then...why not offer them a small small discount on a new sundown amp if they can return one you can clarify as stolen, if they so choose to buy one after sending in the stolen one to begin with? Just an idea.

Not saying in any way you have to, just saying.. I feel bad for the people who will have a good product they paid for and then it get taken away and they have nothing.

By looking at the court dockets, it appears he failed to show up for jail, so he could possibly be on the run, also bench warrants have been issued for his arrest for failure to appear.

you think this guy would know better than to rip anyone off specially a well known member and owner of a great company, wish I was in ohio. I donno about taking legal action but Id get those amps back. If you don't mind me asking how many amps are we talking here? If its just one or two i doubt the pigs will waste there time, at least the ones around here wouldnt
