Not sure if its been mentioned, but Tammy Blackburn did work there. Shes who I dealt with when I had a 2500d in for repair.
There was another thread saying she got fired for selling products to Shane or something along those lines.

He was scaming Orion and selling products out the back door with out Orion knowing what is going on.

That's complete crap... I guess you've decided to **** on us since we stopped giving you product that you could sell off later on ebay, and shut the back door to warranty so you couldn't wash product through there either.

He needs to man up, from what I understand, the person he was gettin the amps from at Orion got fired/quit. Its not orions fault IMHO its his, yeah he was doing a good thing by selling amps cheap, but since he no longer got his "hook up" he should refund everyones money. I have a buddy that is still waiting on his.

If it's the same person that was helping him STEAL product before it was Tammy Blackburn. It took me a while to figure it out but I think he and Tammy were splitting the money and the product was claimed as warranty replacement. If that's the case then maybe Shanes estimate of 95% failure rate on the 5000d is accurate since his stealing contributed to the number of replacements...

Well Tammy worked in Warranty/repair so that's why they were marked that way. I'm almost positive all product was brand new. I don't think they repair anything anymore just do warranty replacement. Either way Orion should have put the smack down legally. I talked to John Wilson myself about the whole deal when it went down 3 years ago but Shane continued to be a team member and Tammy continued to work there and Shane continued to sell product as did several other people...Orions hands ARE NOT clean in this deal. The price list Shane sent me was 35% below dealer cost and I think Orion dealers should have been in an uproar about it.

Sounds like what they told me.......I didnt deal with Shane, but I did deal with directed's warranty department. It was a mess.

I heard that Shane has a new scam going and will be sponsored by “Pyramid Platinum Elite” this year, he says they only have a 92% return rate that being better then the 95% return of Orions (what a tool)... Anyone wonder how much money He and Tammy must have taken from DEI? This has been going for what 3 to 4 years? WOW
