    What size fuse should i use with 1/0 gaguge wire with a 240 alternator 250a?

    Yeah, that would be fine. Unless the alt make more power at higher RPM's.

    Just run two lines from the alt to the batteries and one from each of the negatives to a common spot. It would actually only be the Big 5 in your case.
