You don't know what my occupation is. You don't know what kind of investments I own, and what I have coming to me through inheritance. Point being, what's the point of dumping all my money into "investments"? Where's the fun in that? And how is 10 rental units a bad idea exactly? After it's paid off 90 percent of the money you're bringing in is all gravy, minus taxes and needs for the house and stuff, then when I'm done renting them out, I simply sell them for a pretty nice profit.
